"Before teachers reset their classrooms, these deserve space to reset themselves."
At the end of every school year, you pack up your classroom. You label the bins, stack the chairs, and walk out the door.
But what about everything you're carrying that doesn't fit in a box?
Before you rush into summer... pause.
WHAT THIS IS
This is not another PD.
Classroom Detox is a restorative experience for teachers who deserve more than survival. We're going to name the emotional weight this school year left behind, give it language, and release it together with intention.
Your classroom holds memories, stress, joy, frustration, and energy. So do you. Not everything from this school year deserves a place in next year's classroom — or in your summer
Emotional release and intentional closure
Classroom reset grounded in reflection
Permission to be human, not just productive
Restoration and reclaiming your joy
Wear your pajamas. Bring your popcorn.
WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER
In just 60 minutes, we're going to name what this school year actually cost you, create space for real emotional closure, reflect on what you're carrying forward and what you're ready to leave behind, and reclaim a little joy before the next chapter begins.

I've spent years sitting with educators in schools, at conferences, and inside professional learning spaces. The people who pour the most into children are often the last ones to give themselves the same grace. Classroom Detox was born from that truth. You deserve a moment to reset — not just your classroom, but for you.

Teachers deserve closure.
Not just exhaustion.
